Every Child is Entitled to Innocence will be the first publication of the newly- formed Orangeberry Publishing Group. Due to release on February 14th, profits from the sales of this e-book will be donated to Child Helpline International.
Says initiator of the project, Dr. Niamh Clune, “I met many writers through the Internet that experienced difficult childhoods yet have overcome their brutal beginnings. I wanted to make the first Orangeberry publication a celebration of creative imagination. This powerful friend of damaged children plays an essential role in an abused child’s recovery. Gathering this series of stories was a joy. Orangeberry Books has developed special, vibrant relationships with contributors and has forged many lasting friendships.
We encouraged happy stories that reflected the innocence of childhood when infants feel wrapped in the warmth of loving arms. We wanted to contrast these with the sad ones, making them stand out in relief against a bright backdrop. We felt this comparison would demonstrate, without explanation, what happens when innocence is stolen.
In this book, the reader will find many wonderful, heart-warming stories; whilst the sad ones demonstrate the magnificence of the human spirit as it triumphs against all the odds.”
Executive Editor, Karen S. Elliott stated, “While I looked at all the stories in the Every Child anthology, I edited only a few. I thought it was important, for this tome, that the writers be able to express the heartbreak and joy of childhoods past without censorship.”

The marriage between poetry and music has been with us for centuries. This is a collaboration between Laura Lme (Poet) and Tom Cloverfield (Producer). For this production they also brought in the voice and music of Cass Ferre. The music presented by Cass Ferre on each track causes many emotions in the first six tracks. “Life” starts with a dramatic feel that carries on throughout this collection. This theme of music is mixed beautifully with the elements of classical music, “Dreams” and “Tears” bringing a dreamy, romantic feel.
The vocal talents of Cass Ferre are sincerely showcased on the tracks, “Moments” and “Whispers”. The harmony voices added to each track will leave you entranced with the music and vocals that accompany it. The production and arrangement of Tom Cloverfield is truly highlighted during these tracks.
Not to be lost without this excellent collection are the words of Laura Lme. There are subjects of spirituality, growth and romance. The team of Cass Ferre and Tom Cloverfield never let the words come to us unclear or muffled. You clearly can hear what the message is.

Curtains drop shut on this stage,
without the anticipation of a closing scene,
no hints, no premonitions…
A simple termination of all biological functions,

left to blow in the wind of never.
Looking from the other side of consciousness
through holes in the wall of time
everything seems so small,
light, transparent.
Tears are dry,
hands are cold,
Unknown voices all around
whispering secrets
no wish, no desire,
no Saviour, no sin…
Immense space of nothing
only flashbacks of padded images and colors
without memory
wandering through dreams and reality.
It all seems so far away,
existence and essence,
ideas and abstractions.
Running!
Trying to reach those fields of colors,
getting caught by a lightning,
finding you,
entering the walls of your heart
where death dies again
it dissolves in the endless spirals of your embrace.
